Are you trying to save money in these economically uncertain times? There are many reasons to preserve your own food but not matter what your reason the skills required are the same. This workshop will begin with an overview of the various techniques involved in freezing, drying, and canning foods. We will then break out and begin water bath canning some seasonal items.
